When will my order arrive?

Shipping time varies by location. The processing time usually takes between 48 hours to 72 hours. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

The shipping time exclude processing time and clearance/customs delays.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Right after placing your order, you received an "order confirmation email" from us. Then after a couple of days, you receive a "shipping confirmation email" where you can track your parcel. If you did not receive any emails from us, it is because you either made a typo when typing your email address, or our emails went into your spam or junk folder. If you really can't find them, please contact us at contactdopeplay@gmail.com so we can send you new ones.

Can we order more than one product?

Yes you can order anything you want. Although, there is a limit of 2 items per order while stock lasts.

I am an international customer and I am not sure how
much I'll be charged for a purchase.

Dope Play is proud to service its customers from all over the world! All pricing on our website is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction.

Do you refund shipping fees?

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its
way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Then after 5 days if you haven't received tracking info, please contact us by email at contactdopleplay@gmail.com.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Usually, there should not be any custom fees.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Of course! All items from the same order are all shipped together!

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I
ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department within two days of received and let us know so we can take care of you.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

Since we ship internationally, for some shipping companies it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was fulfilled more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information when tracking your order, please contact us at contactdopeplay@gmail.com.
